Cutting
Bespoke cutting is an art and the cutters eye is all important. We cut
our clothes to create a harmonious and flattering line allowing for all
the small imperfections of the gentleman’s form Every customer has
his own pattern, painstakingly hand cut to his individaul measurements
and figuration, and refined through the fitting process.
Tailoring
Our tailoring team is comprised of the finest specialist jacket-makers,
trouser-makers, vest-makers, alteration tailors finishing tailors and
pressers.
World Group our tailors assemble each garment without compromise;
thousands of hand stitches join the cloth to its wool canvas, haircloth,
linen and cotton interlinings; the tailor works shape into the cloth to
create contours in the garment; linings, edges and buttons holes are
finished by the finest hand.
Finishing
The cutter workes with full team of expert, and it is in this particular way
that the reputation of W.G. has been built. Once satisfactory fit andline
has been achieved, a skilled fisher is asked to hand-prick stitch the
garment edges, work the buttonholes and top-stitch the pocket edge,
together with other detail chosen by customer.
